This car buying venture was literally the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. My sales person, Kimberly Magglos was the most professional kind & understanding salesperson I’ve ever worked with. She actually listened to what I wanted and found the perfect car for me. There was minimum negotiating on the price and they came back with exactly what I wanted to pay on the perfect car. The entire process was painless and quite frankly, a lot of fun, which is unusual for buying a car. As a bonus, their tech rep is going to come out to my house and program the car so it works with my garage and go through the entire process of the technology with me in my home. This is truly five star, Ritz Carlton Service! This is the second car that I’ve bought from this dealer and I plan on referring them to everyone and if I should need a new Porsche, I will go straight to Kimberly. She’s my go to salesperson forever.

Steve E. is the service manager who is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He takes care of all my needs ( repairs, service) expeditiously and always keeps me up to date on what’s going on. He even provided me with a loaner while my car was in the shop even though I hadn’t purchased my Porsche cayman there.

Efficient and smooth transition

I am so happy that Steve is my service person. I went to drive my car but the door would not unlock. I did it manually but then the alarm sounded. I grabbed the secondary key to stop the alarm. At that point I realized the battery in my key must be dead. I was in the area of Rusnak, so I stopped and asked Steve if he could fix it; I have no clue how. Not only did Steve fix my key but took the time to ask how I was doing. That meant a lot to me since things have not been going well. Steve was sincerely interested in what I had to say. He was so friendly and thoughtful. Thanks to Steve, my key got fixed and I felt better. I had a good day.
