My sales associate was Michael Arum, who was very attentive. Since we built the vehicle, it took nearly 5 months to receive it. Michael shepherded me through the process and answered all my questions, while keeping me informed of the delivery target(s). Leila handled financing, licensing, and the traditional aspects of the transaction. She was pleasant and explained all of my options, while putting little to no pressure on me.
